![]() ![]() ![]() Nicholas Charles Dingley (2 December 1960 – 8 December 1984), better known by his stage name Razzle, was the English drummer of Finnish glam rock band Hanoi Rocks from 1982 until his death. After Hanoi had sacked Gyp Casino they hired Razzle as his substitute. However, Hanoi rocks have had over 20 band members since their inception. However, the year ended disastrously for Hanoi Rocks as Razzle was killed in a motor crash. Razzle was convinced that Hanoi was the band he was destined to join in. The original line-up of Hanoi Rocks was Michael Monroe on vocals, Stefan Piesnack on guitar, Jan-Markus Stenfors (aka Nasty Suicide) also on guitar, Nedo Soininen on bass, and drummer Peki Sirola. At that stage they still carried a good dose of garage rock. He later went to see them at ZigZag Club where they were playing.
